Other

**All volunteers must complete orientation training and all volunteer shifts will be scheduled in advance. Volunteers handling animals must be 16 years or older. Children between 12 and 16 years of age may accompany a volunteering parent during evening shifts only, but may not handle animals and must remain with the parent under direct parental supervision at all times. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the play yard at any time during volunteer shifts. We ask that volunteers do not bring children under 12 along for volunteer duties. Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and actions at all times.
